Chatting eye to intense eye with Krishna Bhanji, the thespian better known as Sir Ben Kingsley, leads me to wonder which one of his onscreen personalities is gazing back: the blood-starved barber of Sweeney Todd? The condemned, sallow-cheeked pencil pusher of Schindler’s List? The cynical English lover of Triumph of Love or the twisted bulldog of Sexy Beast? Apparently, none of the above.
