Sexy & Successful 2011 - Radha Arora

Regional Vice President and General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Beverly Wilshire
Radha

The first thing you notice about Radha Arora is the ease with which he fits into his posh surroundings. This obviously sexy and successful gentleman is the general manager of the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills. Under his watchful eye, the iconic 80-year old original Beverly Wilshire has been transformed from passé into an uber-chic destination for jet-setters thanks to a hefty $40 million renovation plan that includes new restaurants, a pool and spa, as well as a refurbished lobby. (The hotel was also the other star in Pretty Woman.) In May 2006, Arora was promoted to Regional Vice President for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, which included the additional responsibility of overseeing the hotel giant’s properties in Bora Bora, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Seattle and Las Vegas. Of course it’s no wonder he was a perfect fit for that task, thanks to the 22-plus years of hotel management experience under his belt. In his previous role as the general manager of the Four Seasons Resort in Maui, Arora not only increased the hotel’s profits, he also worked on the building of a new $16-million spa. He has brought his style and business aptitude to many a hotel, including the Four Seasons in Philadelphia, Goa, India; and Toronto, and has worked as the hotel manager of the Ritz in London where he even met the late Princess Diana. His high-flying positions have him rubbing elbows with the A-listers of Hollywood as well as Bollywood, including director Karan Johar of Kuch Kuch Hota Hai fame. He resides in Bel Air with his wife and his two sons, who are in college.
